Dahlia Tuber Sale Terms& Conditions

Bloomin Beautiful NZ Ltdtakes reasonable care to maintain appropriate hygiene standards when handling,inspecting, and packing dahlia tubers. By purchasing dahlia tubers from us, youagree to these terms, subject to your rights under the New Zealand ConsumerGuarantees Act 1993 and other applicable law.

● Each tuber is inspectedbefore dispatch and is supplied with a viable crown and eye.

● Natural variations in tubersize and shape are normal and do not, by themselves, indicate a defect.

● Please inspect your tuberspromptly on arrival and store them in a cool, dry, frost-free place with goodairflow. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery bymishandling, unsuitable storage or other circumstances outside our reasonablecontrol.

● If a tuber arrives damaged,rotten or apparently non-viable, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith your order details and clear photographs of the tuber, packaging anddamage. Please retain the tuber and packaging until your claim has beenresolved.

● If you believe we suppliedthe incorrect variety, please contact us within seven days after the firstflower opens, providing your order details and clear photographs of the plantand flower. This timeframe does not limit any rights you may have under NewZealand law.

● We will assess each claimfairly and may offer a repair, replacement, refund or store credit, asappropriate and as required by New Zealand law. Any replacement is subject toavailability.

● We take reasonable care tosupply healthy tubers and maintain appropriate hygiene standards. However, wecannot guarantee that every tuber will grow, flower or remain free fromviruses. Results depend on growing conditions, and viruses may not alwaysproduce visible symptoms.

● Dispatch dates areestimates. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for courierdelays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address suppliedby the customer. This does not limit any rights or remedies that apply where weare responsible under New Zealand law.

● Orders generally cannot bechanged or cancelled once processing has begun. Separate orders cannot becombined after purchase unless we agree otherwise.

● If a tuber does not pass ourfinal inspection before dispatch, we will contact you where practicable andoffer a refund, store credit or replacement, subject to availability and yourrights under New Zealand law.

● Natural differences inflower colour, form and size may occur due to growing conditions and normalvariation within the variety.

● To the extent permitted byNew Zealand law, our liability for a claim relating to an affected tuber islimited to the purchase price of that tuber. Nothing in these terms excludes,restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannotlawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
